Amoti Affiliate Program – Terms & Conditions

  Welcome to the Amoti Affiliate Program (“Program”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you (“Affiliate,” “You”) and Amoti (“Amoti,” “We,” “Us,” “Our”). By registering, you agree to comply with the following terms.

1. Eligibility

To join the Program:
  • You must be at least 18 years old. 
  • You must operate a valid digital platform (website, social media, email list). 
  • You must not promote illegal, hateful, misleading, or unethical content. 
We reserve the right to approve or reject affiliate applications at our sole discretion.

2. Affiliate Responsibilities

As an affiliate, you agree to:
  • Clearly disclose your affiliate relationship in any promotion, per FTC guidelines. 
  • Use your assigned affiliate tracking link. 
  • Promote Amoti honestly, without making false or exaggerated claims. 
  • Avoid spam, trademark bidding, or any deceptive tactics. 
  • Keep your account and contact information accurate and up-to-date. 

3. Commission Structure

A. Tiers & Payouts

TIER MONTHLY REFERRALS COMMISSION PERKS
Bronze 0–9 30% Promo tools & dashboard access
Silver 10–24 35% Early content access & support
Gold 25+ 40% Bonuses, co-marketing, priority support

B. Cookie Duration

Your affiliate link includes a 60–90 day cookie window. If a referred customer purchases during this period, the commission is attributed to you.

C. Payout Terms

  • Commissions are paid monthly once your balance exceeds $100.
  • Payments are sent via PayPal or Stripe, through our affiliate platform.
  • Affiliates are responsible for complying with their local tax obligations. Amoti does not collect or issue tax forms.

4. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates may not:
  • Use trademark bidding on search ads (e.g., bidding on “Amoti”). 
  • Mislead users with fake discounts or unauthorized offers. 
  • Promote Amoti on adult, gambling, or illegal content platforms. 
  • Engage in cookie stuffing or fraud. 
Violation may result in account termination and forfeited commissions.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your participation at any time for:
  • Inactivity 
  • Policy violation 
  • Fraud or unethical behavior 
You may cancel at any time by contacting affiliate@amoti.ai.

6. Intellectual Property

All brand assets remain the property of Amoti. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use approved marketing materials solely for affiliate promotion.

7. Limitation of Liability

Amoti is not responsible for:
  • Indirect or incidental damages 
  • Tracking issues or lost commissions due to browser/cookie restrictions 
  • Payment delays caused by external platforms 

8. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. You will be notified via email or in your affiliate dashboard. Continued use of the program means you accept the changes.

9. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the United States of America.
